  • maintain a clean tidy and adequately staffed bar at all times
  • to be present front of house in the bar, whenever possible whilst not performing other duties
  • maintain security of the Clubhouse including its daily opening and closing at the times laid down by the General Manager. Set security alarm systems and notify the office of defects noted
