handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits, following up to ensure resolution
managing incoming calls
meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
recording and collecting payments
Requirements
proven experience dealing with customers and in sales
excellent telephone manner, verbal and written communication skills
excellent interpersonal and listening skills
excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
