- development
- previous experience as a Residential Estate Manager
- experience in working in high rise buildings is desirable
- significant understanding and experience in handling on site compliance
- significant experience providing exemplary levels of customer service
- experience in managing staff/contractors and building works within a busy development
- proven ability to and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- awareness of general fire, health & safety and security
Responsibility
- day-to -day management of a busy site comprising of circa 600 units
- day-to -day management of a busy site comprising of circa 200 units
- to administer staff affairs including shifts, holidays, cover for absenteeism, illness, etc
- day-to-day staff management and staff training
- overall responsibility for all fire and emergency procedures policy and ensure relevant preventative measures are undertaken
- to maintain a safe environment for building occupants and visitors
- to ensure that all site-specific Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
- to ensure all maintenance contracts including all Health & Safety requirements are carried out according to the planned schedule
