Responsibility
- manage Operations Administrators and Stock Controller’s workload and delegating work to them appropriately
- motivate and support operations team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- managing month end procedure
- process all credit notes
- sales & purchase month end procedures
- create and save monthly reports
- collate and enter all visa receipts
- train new office staff
Requirements
- five years’ experience in similar role
- you will be a real team player, with the ability to engage and motivate your team
- proven experience in bookkeeping
- proven experience managing small team
- proficient in MS Office and IT
- excellent personal time-management with skills in setting priorities and managing work pressures
- highly organised, and commercially responsible, able to manage sensitive data confidentially
- excellent administration and communications skills, both written and verbally, with a high level of attention to detail
