  • maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is clean and organized
  • assist with data entry and record keeping using Google Suite and other software programs
  • manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed
  • assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
  • support other team members with clerical tasks as required

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • experience with data entry and record keeping
  • familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
  • previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
