Requirements

  • degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • experience managing and optimising e-commerce platforms and various marketing platforms
  • proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, SEO, social media management tools, and sales tracking software
  • experience creating and implementing SEO strategies
  • strong online CMS knowledge of Magento 2, BigCommerce and Wordpress websites
  • experience creating, managing and maintaining websites and HTML coding knowledge would be an advantage
  • experience in the configuration and management of web servers, domains, SSL and API’s
  • strong Google Doc experience including spreadsheet creation and manipulation to manage website content, pricing, and creation of pricing lists etc

Responsibility

  • you will collaborate with the Managing Director and Sales Director daily to ensure all online business goals are understood and actioned
  • search Engine Advertising – manage a significant budget to spend across Google Ads and other channels to drive sales growth
  • search Engine Optimisation - responsible for ensuring high organic relevance across Magento, BigCommerce and Wordpress websites, building traffic flow and managing new product updates
  • responsible for the User Experience across the websites to maximise sales - this includes reducing friction in the ecommerce sales process and upgrading websites to take advantage of new features and technology
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, influencers, and affiliates to amplify brand reach, drive collaboration opportunities, and expand our brand presence
  • track and analyse key performance indicators related to e-commerce, social media, and affiliate marketing, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • track and report on marketing campaign performance, social media metrics, affiliate program performance, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization for each customer segment
