• installing, servicing, relocating and repairing fitness equipment such as treadmills, cross-trainers and strength machines
• to build relationships with customers so that they trust the service engineer to look after their fitness equipment

• complete admin tasks related to the jobs allocated such as closing issues, submitting job sheets and completing paperwork
• to provide information for the accurate and timely update of customer asset lists as required
• to be responsible for maintaining and replenishing parts stock comprising of high usage fast moving parts
• ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
• to carry out mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs and equipment servicing to customers fitness equipment within the response times in accordance with agreed service levels
• to be responsible for the resources, tools, parts and skills to effectively complete the necessary task and repairs
• to accurately close down jobs, providing repair data, serial numbers and parts used in a timely manner to enable effective follow up work to take place as necessary
• to be responsible for maintaining their company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, tidy and roadworthy at all times
