- A5 has employees across North America, Europe and India
- manage clients, resources, and project deliverables
- responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements
- proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders
- demo technical solutions for customers and users
- support resolution for issues that arise in testing or production
- identify and deliver production enhancements related to configuration or business changes
Requirements
- hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and project management
- experience with Sales and Service Cloud, CPQ preferred
- knowledge or experience in business processes and ability to communicate business requirements to the technical team
- experience defining and documenting product requirements into well-articulated deliverables
- ability to run requirement sessions, demos, and scrum calls
- experience with Flows
- ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in fast paced environment
- excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
