  • as part of the Pivot International group, we cover the full product development cycle, including proof-of-concept to prototype to full production
  • working in design services the role offers customer contact and a variety of technically demanding projects
  • projects cover the entire product lifecycle, from early concept development, detailed design, implementation and test, through to manufacture
  • this is a high-profile opportunity for you to demonstrate your talent in a fast-paced technical environment
  • we have been delivering electronics and software solutions for almost two decades, and work with our sister company Wideblue to deliver complete products including mechanics and optics
  • the project manager has broad authority and responsibility for the customer relationship and success of projects
  • you will use your electronics product development experience and your project management skills to transform our customers' ideas into products

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or closely related subject
  • enjoy building relationships with the many and varied stakeholders in a project
  • be someone who possesses a keen sense for the priorities and balancing conflicting needs and resources
  • take responsibility for delivering customer projects to specification, on time and on budget
  • be self-starting and happy in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • investigate, develop and utilise new technologies, components and techniques, processes and tools
  • use your team building and leadership skills to manage team tasks to schedule and budget
  • experience of customer and supplier relationship management
