- we are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to keep up with the local demand
- meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day
- booking vehicles into the online diary
- plan and organise time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- invoicing, cash handling and communicating with suppliers to order parts
- within this role, you will be working as a part of an experienced workshop team, ensuring our vehicles are finished to the highest standard for our customers
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor in the Motor Industry
- you will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in your work
- excellent attention to detail
- basic Mechanical knowledge is key in this role as you will be working directly with the workshop
