- A1 Aesthetics is a Dental Laboratory providing dental services to Dentists across the North west
- our Dental Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in delivering our top-quality, community service to our dentists
- answering phones in a friendly manner
- check jobs in and out using our electronic system
- casting models of impressions
- general assistance to Dental Technicians - Bleaching trays, essix retainers, denture repairs
- follow established office procedures to assist technicians and owner
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- excellent customer service skills - able to interact with customers in a friendly manner at all times
- strong communication skills - able to communicate with patients and colleagues alike through phone calls, emails, whatsapp
- ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks effectively while staying calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- computer literacy - ability to learn Labtrac software
- dental Receptionist or Nurse: 1 year
