- greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service
- answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- provide customers with information regarding their vehicles and repairs
- update customers on the status of their repairs and estimated completion time
- handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
- maintain customer records and update information as required
- upsell products and services where appropriate
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service role
- excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of automotive services and repairs is an asset
- must be available to work weekends and occasional evenings
