  • we’re looking to recruit a PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR with responsibility across the whole lettings process
  • M A S O N S is an innovative, independent letting agency specialising in residential lettings and property management services across Hertfordshire
  • it’s a varied role where no two days are the same, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of lettings and property management, from carrying out property inspections to booking in property viewings, managing tenancy renewals to updating our marketing and showing tenants properties to general telephone and administrative support
  • responding to general enquiries via the phone and by email
  • managing tenancy renewals and drawing up the relevant tenancy agreement
