Responsibility
the role reports to the Funeral Directors at the Yeovil office, and the company directors
perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
when arranging a funeral all paperwork is to be completed using our standard arrangement sheet
co-ordination with the funeral directors should be undertaken to ensure families are receive a good level of service
production of estimates and invoices
the Primary focus of this role is to be involved with all the administrative arrangements for funerals being dealt with by the Yeovil office and directly assist families with funeral arrangements when there are no funeral directors
administer donations monies including closing and forwarding to charities and families

Requirements
strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
excellent customer service and telephone manner including a compassionate
