Responsibility

  •  Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  •  Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
  •  Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales
  •  Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning
  •  Use information technology to record sales figures, analyse data and forward plan
  •  Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals
  • and performance reviews
  •  Provide or organise training and development

Requirements

  • as a Retail Manager must have a graduation degree. You shall have the ability to
  • network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent, strong verbal and written
  • communication skills, the ability to increase sales and profitability, demonstrate sound
  • commercial and brand awareness, ability to drive and maintain exceptional customer
  • service standards, and flexible to work as required to meet store needs. Some work
  • experience in a retail store will be advantageous
