- good commercial acumen including confidence looking and analysing
- ability and confidence using management tools such as Sage, SNA Masonry Management, Simpro, Signlab and Wissen Castop. Training will be provided but the ability to pick systems up quickly is key
- ideas focused and enthusiastic
- excellent attention to detail
