Responsibility
- handle customer enquiries via the telephone or over the counter with a professional and friendly approach
- assist with other duties as and when requested by your manager
- support and cover the service department duties when required
- raising credits for goods returned
- delivering parts to the customer and collecting parts from the suppliers
- ensuring that all goods received on a daily basis are checked and located accurately
