- ltd have ambitious plans for the future and our Construction team is actively seeking experienced Site Supervisors
- the role of a Site Supervisor will be to assist and support the Site Manager in the overall management of their project whilst continuing to undertake hands on labouring tasks
- the Site Supervisor will ensure there is a safe environment for all to operate within, working with the labouring team to implement high standards of housekeeping in all areas and be responsible for managing labourer/drivers onsite to deliver high quality work in a timely, controlled manner
Requirements
- self motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
- safety awareness and understanding is critical
- exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent communication skills
- highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- professional work ethic
- ensure there is a safe environment for all to operate within, working with the labouring team to implement high standards of housekeeping in all areas of the site
- take responsibility for managing the Labourers/Drivers on site to deliver high quality work in a timely, controlled manner to meet program deadlines
