- quality checking of all products made on a daily basis
- maintaining and monitoring of all production equipment, daily/monthly maintenance as required and scheduled
- making sure all batch data is accurately recorded and posted online and on product
- carry out sampling and tasting as required to do so to maintain high quality products
- monitoring and adhering to our HACCP policy
- managing sundry stock on a weekly basis
- sundry product requisitioning, call off and receiving
