the role of Development Manager is to facilitate the delivery of the ‘Darlington Connect’ service, a place-based initiative involving a partnership of all services across Darlington, both statutory and voluntary, with the aim of providing a holistic response to those in need
the role of the Development Manager is to take a lead role in bringing together services within Darlington, building relationships and providing a resilience led, proactive and person-centred pathway of support to beneficiaries
the post holder will promote the service by proactively engaging with the sector, visiting small organisations to ensure the whole sector is involved in the initiative, and also map the current referral pathways between organisations
this role is for 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have secured funding for the next 3 years with the potential to extend
