- familiarity with food safety regulations and health codes is essential
- exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- A creative flair for bespoke intercontinental menu development and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences, especially for the Afro-Carebean community
