Responsibility
- you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a fantastic time while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment
- you mainly will be bartending, but additional responsibilities include marketing, event management and other systems in place
- as a Bar Manager at The Beer Shed, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar
- in addition to managing the bar and bartending, you will be responsible for resolving any issues with patrons who may need to be removed from the premises
- bartending Skills: Have a strong understanding of bartending techniques and product knowledge. Assist in bartending with other members
- order Management: Keep track of customer orders, remember preferences, and efficiently manage multiple orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the bar area is clean and organized at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations
- stock and Inventory: Manage bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes. Notify management when supplies need to be reordered
