Responsibility
- overseeing the day to day running of the office including stock control, office stationery, general tidying etc
- planning work schedules and assigning tasks / responsibilities to employees
- managing staff and duty roaster plans to ensure smooth working
- monitoring & reporting daily attendance sheets for office staff
- preparing various reports for internal & external use
- maintain program of staff training – site and office - logging completed training in training record
- planning and organizing internal company events including monthly all staff meetings, Directors meetings and other social events
- scheduling visitor appointments and providing them hospitality
Requirements
- preferably A Level / Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 5 years’ experience
- management & leadership experience
- experienced in staff management
- MS Office knowledge and familiarity with MS office & online applications
- strong organisational and time management skills
- experienced in verbal and written communications skills
