Responsibility

  • managing the financial relationships
  • vetting procedures for new Agencies and Clients
  • collating all the Insertion Orders
  • accounting entries and overrider reviews Agency Agreements
  • chasing of debt in a proactive manner, whilst balancing the valued relationship with pressure on Agency and Client finance departments
  • recording approved incoming invoices into 59A Xero accounting software
  • all costs other than those expensed. Recording in Xero and paying
  • all salary and monthly payroll admin including payments. Starters, leavers, coding notices
