input data into our booking system accurately, including client information, vehicle details, rental rates, and payment information
collaborate with our rental agents and other support staff to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
educate customers on company policies, rental procedures, and other related information
maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to senior management when necessary
provide outstanding customer service to our clients by answering their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise during the rental process
collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Sales, to ensure smooth operations and an excellent customer experience
utilize our car booking system to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers at their designated locations and times
Requirements
A customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support to clients
proficiency in using booking systems and related software
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop solutions to complex issues
A team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
previous experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental industry, is an advantage
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer inquiries and concerns
