Responsibility

  • input data into our booking system accurately, including client information, vehicle details, rental rates, and payment information
  • collaborate with our rental agents and other support staff to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • educate customers on company policies, rental procedures, and other related information
  • maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
  • address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to senior management when necessary
  • provide outstanding customer service to our clients by answering their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise during the rental process
  • collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Sales, to ensure smooth operations and an excellent customer experience
  • utilize our car booking system to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers at their designated locations and times

Requirements

  • A customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support to clients
  • proficiency in using booking systems and related software
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop solutions to complex issues
  • A team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
  • previous experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental industry, is an advantage
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer inquiries and concerns
