- build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- account Management duties for our established programmes delivering support to NATO
- collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our defence products and services
- effective management of assigned accounts
- with the support of the UK military sales director, you will manage a pipeline of opportunities, quality leads, build relationships, and secure deals

Requirements
- ex Military Officer
- ex-military and experience of working in a training requirements or delivery organisation e.g. Joint Training/Warfare or Navy HQ N7 Branch
- ex UK military

- proven commercial experience, preferably in a Sales/BD role in a similarly focussed organisation is desirable
- A desire and aptitude to process in a career in military sales
- proven commercial experience in a Sales/BD role in a similarly focussed organisation desirable
- proven commercial experience of B2B sales and government procurement particularly in the SaaS and training domains would be desirable
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- academic degree or other relevant education
- existing knowledge of Military Collective Training is desirable
- excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to influence stakeholders
- excellent presentation and communications skills
- ability to prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, presentations, proposals and written tenders that match 4C solutions to customer requirements
- previous experience in NATO/European Defence Force HQ would be desirable
- ability to build trust, value others, drive execution and foster innovation
- you have an established network, at the appropriate level, within the UK Armed Forces
- previous experience in a Military Collective Training organisation would be desirable
- you have an established network, at the appropriate level, within the UK Armed Forces and broader Defence Sector
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- understanding of training technologies in Live, Virtual and Constructive Domains e.g. simulators, tactical effects simulations would be desirable
- ability to receive approval for UK Security Clearance and / or Developed Vetting
- strong stakeholder management, and the ability to persuade and influence
