Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- support FCs in the management of the finance department
- manage the financial process from inception to close of a project
- deputise for any of the FC’s when required
- prepare and review financial statements and related tax returns
- assisting in reviewing monthly financial reports
- review and analyze financial forecasts and projections
- maintain documentation for accounting procedures and policies
- prepare budget variances and review variances with management for approval
Requirements
- must have a recent and recognised accounting qualification
- be familiar with computerised accounting software and an ability for system improvements and developments
- work well under pressure to tight deadlines and think objectively
- be motivated to develop knowledge and skills
- remain driven to meet all deadlines
- be an excellent communicator, and capable of updating and directing all levels of staff, both internal and external to the department
