Requirements

  • strong knowledge of property management principles, PRS/HMO laws, and regulations
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally
  • highly organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and maintenance concerns efficiently
  • proficiency in property management software
  • detail-oriented and diligent in maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • property Management: 1 year

Responsibility

  • assist the Director with any other reasonable tasks required
  • tenant Communications: Communicate important property-related information to tenants, including notices, policy updates, and maintenance schedules, through our online platform
  • void Management: Minimise void periods by actively marketing vacant units, conducting property viewings, and implementing effective advertising strategies
  • property Operations: Manage the operations of 80+ units, ensuring they are maintained to high standards, well-presented, and in compliance with safety and legal requirements
  • tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant-related matters, including enquiries, complaints, and requests. Foster positive tenant relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction
  • contractor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repair services
  • regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local and national housing laws and regulations to ensure the property's compliance and mitigate legal risks
