- assessment and Placement: Conduct thorough assessments of prospective foster carers to ensure they meet the required standards for fostering
- collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. Build strong partnerships and attend case conferences to ensure a holistic approach to child and family support
- crisis Prevention: Develop and implement strategies to prevent future crises by providing education, resources, and referrals to clients and their families. Empower clients to build resilience and coping skills

- working with a range of legal interventions and departmental policies and procedures to support outcome-based planning for adults

Requirements
- A degree in social work and a valid social work license
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1 year experience as a Qualified Social Worker
