Responsibility

  • ensuring our license obligations are being met at all times
  • ensure all policies & procedures are followed and adhered to
  • manage and coordinate food vendors and events in the taproom
  • ensure all necessary supplies are ready and available to the Taproom team, restocking as needed
  • maintaining cellar maintenance, line cleanliness and stock availability
  • ensure staff are performing closing duties and review checklist to identify where extra training/coaching might be needed
  • ensuring tap room is clean and organising any repairs and maintenance as required
  • putting together monthly taproom staff rotas/submitting payroll
