Responsibility

  • process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • process payroll and ensure accuracy of data
  • maintain and update employee records, including time and attendance data
  • maintain employee records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll administration, maintaining accurate records, and supporting various office-related tasks
  • this position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters
  • provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Payroll and Office Administrator or a similar role
  • strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and employment laws
  • proficient in using payroll software and MS Office suite
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Education

  • previous experience in payroll administration or office management is highly desirable
