  • KING'S Group is looking for a lettings negotiator to join the team of this well-known reputable Estate Agents
  • we are ideally looking for someone who has experience as a lettings negotiator who is self motivated to generate new business, winning lettings instructions and doing new lettings business in based in Waltham abbey but covering between Chingford and Waltham Abbey
  • carrying out viewings at various rental properties

Requirements

  • exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • experience in property lettings
  • experience generating new business/canvassing
  • well-spoken and presented
  • strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
