Working hours

Responsibility

  • monitoring performance and reacting accordingly
  • the operation and management of current and future affiliate networks, managing budgets, publishers and reporting on agreed KPI’s/ROI
  • responsible for implementing and tracking SEM/SEO campaigns to increase organic visibility across the search network
  • to lead both customer acquisition & customer retention strategies. Utilising analytics, insights and commercial knowledge to devise actions to drive increased traffic, engagement and in turn revenue across both paid and owned channels
  • working alongside our external PPC/PS agency, creating trading calendars supplying budgets, timelines and content to be utilised across Search/Shopping/Display/Paid Social in a timely fashion in order to hit key trading periods in a cohesive manner
  • working alongside Social/Email executives to coordinate the planning creation of both organic campaigns and automated personalised output across all social media and email accounts
  • utilising current CRM software to understand customer behaviour and to in turn tailor personalised content to individuals across Email and Paid channels to increase CLTV/Purchase frequency, reducing customer churn
  • the development and management of Loyalty schemes, responsible for both the program optimisation and the modelling, analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators for various assigned loyalty programs

Requirements

  • experience working alongside managing paid media agencies for both PPC/PS/SEO
  • experience measuring and optimising paid and owned channels for various objectives such as brand awareness customer acquisition and retention
  • confident in evaluating campaign performance over a wide array of acquisition, viewership and retention KPIs within individual platform dashboards
  • budget management - define optimal budget deployment by channel against the objective
  • understanding of CRM, with campaign execution and measurement process across both owned and paid channels
  • in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and the drive to keep up-to-date updates/ trends in software and social
  • excellent data and analytical skills, with experience working with analytics software/reporting to derive insights that wider marketing teams can leverage
  • experience in workflow management software is ideal but not essential
