Responsibility

  • manage guest relations to create an optimal dining experience for the customers
  • work with the Manager adn Assistant Manager to supervise junior team members and provide training or guidance if needed
  • ensure brand standards and operations are being adhered to by front of house
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • serve food and drinks in a timely fashion
  • take stock take and inventory and relay to Manager/Assistant Manager
  • communicate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure that orders are being filled and requests are being handled
  • provide friendly service to guests

Requirements

  • wait Staff: 1 year
