  • develop and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
  • monitor and report on sales performance and progress

Requirements

  • occupation competency working in a similar role e.g. Employer Engagement, Recruitment or other relevant Business Development titles
  • knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, rules and practices
  • proven track record in sales or business development
  • prior experience in the security industry
  • experience in cold calling and converting opportunities into sales
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • strong organizational skills
