- my client an independent domiciliary care and recruitment services organisation which supports vulnerable adults and elderly suffering from Dementia, eating disorder, learning difficulties and autistic disorder
- we provide just the right amount of assistance to our service user who then attain right amount of solitude or communal activity
- my client culture and approach are that we regard each client as a whole personality and time to meet that client unique needs at each specific point in their lives
- care planning, implementation and evaluation of care and support to meet each the adults physical, social, psychological, emotional, and spiritual need of the individual must lie at the heart of everything we do
- job Type: Full-time
Education
- qualification : Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
Requirements
- min 2 years of Domiciliary care experience and 2 years of Manager experience in supports vulnerable adults and elderly suffering from Dementia, eating disorder, learning difficulties and autistic disorder
- domiciliary care manager: 2 years
- supported living accommodation also required: 2 years
- level 5 Health and Social Care: 1 year
