- ensure exterior lighting is adequate, and well maintained at all times and report accordingly
- general maintenance Nursery , outdoor areas, sheds, fences, signage and outbuildings as and when required
- support the general maintenance team, liaising with appropriate team person
- additional duties as requested
- report any incidents considered to be a risk to company property or its’ employees
- responsible general upkeep, ensuring kept neat and tidy in accordance with the season
- ensuring hanging baskets, and decorative borders are kept to a high standard at all time
- valeting as and when required to ensure cleanliness at all time
Requirements
- excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to on your own initiative
- flexible attitude in accordance with the needs of the business
- to be prepared to undertake additional duties on request regardless of location within the organisation
- follow company procedures at all times, to include meeting deadlines, and any other duties as required
- full driving license, vehicle will be provided
- maintenance: 1 year
