Responsibility

  • carry out a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting
  • perform maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties
  • identify and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions

  • communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates on job progress

  • as a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of trades to assist in the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of properties
  • this role requires a flexible and proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality workmanship

Requirements

  • proven experience in multiple trades, preferably within the construction or maintenance industry
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • valid UK driving license preferred
