  • very strong organisational, administrative, IT, interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail are essential
  • A consistent and progressive career background is also essential
  • applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have initiative, can think quickly and decisively and they must have a genuine commitment to customer care

Responsibility

  • processing rental payments and payments to landlords
  • processing client and business expenses
  • lodging tenant deposits with SDS
  • ensuring Xero is kept up to date and records are accurate
  • reconciling client and business account
  • communicating extensively with utility companies and Edinburgh City Council
  • processing utilities and passing for payment
  • processing compliance certificate and communicating with Compliance Manager
