generating and qualifying leads to create more sales/revenue
scheduling sales appointments, business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
promoting products and services to new and existing customers
closing sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
maintaining positive business and customer relationships post-sale, to prolong customer lifetime value
sourcing and developing client referrals
giving product advice and selling products confidently, demonstrating and explaining feature and benefits whilst successfully up selling and cross selling to optimise sales
tracking personal appointments, keeping status reports, record of sales and other important data
Requirements
excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
proven track record in the sales environment
ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
keen attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate customer records
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
previous experience in sales, customer service or related field
sales Representatives: 5 years
familiarity with BRM and CRM practises
