Responsibility
- create a Social Media Content Plan with a focus on developing cross-platform social media content for our products
- focus on paid social campaigns with successful and efficient development and delivery
- create and implement promotional campaigns for Black Friday, New Year, Summer Sale etc
Show more +6 - reporting on performance with a review on future proposals/ improvements whilst assessing against competitor activity and industry trends
- working with team and external sources on content for social media posts, blogs, articles, B2B marketing materials, video etc
- management of company's social media which will involve scheduling posts, responding to enquiries, following relevant accounts and liking their posts, sharing customer/influencer posts, boosting posts, etc
- taking the lead and a proactive role in content creation approving copy for all channels, creating and editing photos and short videos that are in in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- working with social media influencers actively sourcing, managing and developing relationship with 'Influencers' to grow brand awareness, sales and general customer engagement
- order processing . Processing orders and returns. Picking, labelling and packing stocks for orders. Receiving returns and sorting them correctly
Requirements
- experience with Social Media and Influencer
- experience with orders management softwares
