Responsibility

  • design and develop visually stunning websites that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives
  • create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to present design concepts
  • develop responsive web designs that are optimised for various devices and screen sizes
  • implement UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience
  • employ HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress and other web technologies to bring designs to life
  • collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure seamless integration of front-end designs with back-end functionality
  • conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

  • degree qualification in computer science or related subject is preferrable
  • commercial programming experience
  • javascript / JQuery
  • CSS & HTML experience
  • SQL Server & SQL scripting experience
  • understanding of web security, accessibility and usability
  • knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices
  • excellent communication skills to explain technical subjects to non-technical people
