restaurant manager
Responsibility
- oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring the highest quality services and experiences for our guests
- lead a team of 10-20 staff, including supervisors, waitstaff, and bar staff, to deliver friendly and efficient service
- collaborate with chefs and restaurant staff to drive sales and continually improve standards
- manage staff coverage efficiently while achieving budgeted wage percentages
- train and lead the team to consistently meet and exceed service standards
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of all restaurant menus to assist with guest queries
- stay informed about the venues events to upsell and maximize profitability
- monitor team adherence to Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene regulations
Requirements
- minimum of 2 consecutive years of restaurant management / supervising experience
- experience in a high-paced, busy restaurant environment
- proficiency in opening and closing procedures, including till reconciliations and key holder duties
- flexible approach to working shift patterns, including evenings, and weekends
- strong leadership, motivational, and team-inspiring abilities
- exceptional attention to detail and performance-driven focus on customer service
- pride in delivering high standards of presentation, hygiene, and adherence to the brand
- supervising experience: 2 years
