Requirements
- excellent track record in field operations, working with KPIs and hitting targets
- renewable heating experience and strong heating knowledge
- strong people management experience, with excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong, proven commitment to effective and supportive people management
- confident in challenging others to ensure positive outcomes
- analytical skills – experienced with managing data and reports
- committed to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards
- ability to multi-task, focusing on results and hitting targets
- strong PC skills – experienced in using a range of systems and packages
