Responsibility
creating a collaborative and supporting team spirit while overseeing the quality of outcomes
reporting project progress to the Executive team and the Audit committee
guiding, coaching and reviewing the work of the team throughout the audit engagement
influencing the business by agreeing actions and delivering the final audit report, with support from the Senior Manager, when needed
contributing to the Group Audit global team through sharing own technical knowledge and engaging in our continuous training program
developing own knowledge and business awareness and building strong business relationships Keeping the business safe by leading the execution of a portfolio of audit engagements end-to-end, including global audits across different regions with the support of the Senior Manager
liaising with the external auditors to review the existing structure of the UK ICFR framework and identifying areas of improvement at a transactional level
working closely with Control and Process Owners within Finance and the wider UK Business to enhance existing controls and create new controls to ensure a controls reliance audit approach can be used for the UK business
