Responsibility
- our HR Advisor's work closely with all employees throughout the business
- the role will be based at our Support Office in Fitzrovia but with significant support time in the operation
- we are recruiting an HR Advisor to join the London Azumi family, which includes, Zuma, ROKA, Oblix and INKO NITO. Our philosophy toward HR is a close working partnership between the restaurant and kitchen
- therefore, our successful candidate will be passionate about spending time in the operation, encouraging employee engagement and providing an energetic and approachable view of HR
- involvement in managing ER and performance management, ensuring policies are consistent and HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably
- participation in recruitment and selection if needed
- acting as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members
