Responsibility
- support to reconcile the suppliers’ debt reports
- ensure that suppliers accurately reflect the client’s debt, and remove any items that should not be chased
- any work that you are set within this session is then expected to be complete for the next month’s session
- collaborate with the suppliers to resolve any queries/misallocations within a reasonable timeframe
- liaise with client and suppliers to avoid disconnections/legal action
- ensure that the database accurately reflect the invoice status through uploading the remittances
