ZOE'S PLACE TRUST is looking for employees for positions:

payroll administrator

Requirements

  • minimun 2 years Payroll experience
  • have at least 2 years payroll experience
  • have a good up to date knowledge of payroll legislation and requirements
  • good working knowledge and experience of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • high level communication skills, written and verbal
  • excellent attention to detail
  • A high level of accuracy with data entry and record keeping
  • payroll: 2 years

Responsibility

  • ensure timely processing of all staff payroll in accordance with current legislation
  • processing of monthly staff time sheets for clinical staff
  • dealing with all aspects of Pension, Statutory payments and Real Time reporting
  • maintaining electronic staff payroll records
  • assist with new starter/induction and leaver HR administration e.g preparation of offer letters, employment contracts and associated paperwork
  • assistance with managing recruitment process/procedures
  • liaise with all key stakeholders to ensure robust, consistent and accurate recording of all data
  • first point of contact for all HR/Payroll enquiries
