Responsibility
- research, develop and qualify leads to populate sales funnel
- qualify and deliver a high volume of prospects through cold calling
- create accurate client information onto our CRM system
- maintain clear notes and ensure details are updated regularly
- work closely with the sales team leader to forecast and clearly communicate your progress on a weekly and monthly basis
- proactively optimise your pipeline to ensure you hit individual revenue targets
- manage your pipeline in order to maximise conversion and client interaction rates
- raise any working concerns with your direct line manager
Requirements
- A proven track record in a high volume telesales/cold calling role
- it is not essential to have sales experience for this role, the right drive, ambition and work ethic is more important
- A natural communicator and team player with strong literacy and numeracy skills
- organised and capable of completing detail accurately
