sales representative

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to identify potential customers
  • qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to pursue
  • build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, tracking and managing leads in our CRM system
  • conduct research on target industries and companies to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach strategies accordingly
  • deliver compelling product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits
  • collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation campaigns and improve messaging strategies
  • continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and our product offerings
  • provide feedback to the sales teams and department director on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • previous experience in video sales, preferably as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role or industry
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers
  • excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools, including Apollo and HubSpot
  • strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • knowledge of the branded content and corporate film sector and understanding of customer pain points and needs
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
