regional sales manager

Responsibility

  • generate prospects and manage a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve quota targets
  • build pipeline across assigned territory through business development and networking opportunities
  • develop and communicate effective business and action plans to address opportunities
  • coordinate and collaborate with appropriate sales consultants and support resources to deliver sales solutions to clients successfully
  • actively contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context
  • conduct needs/solutions analysis to position solutions effectively
  • generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects
  • identify and understand key decision makers, users and influencers at assigned customer organizations

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in IT services and solutions sales in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • bachelor's Degree
  • strong client focus and deep background in all aspects of the sales process and lifecycle including the customer experience journey
  • proven track record in strategic / consultative selling and results against quota
  • knowledge and experience in selling IT services and solutions in global delivery models
  • comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms and related digital solutions is strongly preferred
  • demonstrable sales skills, passionate selling mindset and client service focus
  • action and results-orientation with high levels of energy, persistence and self-motivation with strong leadership and motivational capabilities
